Description of the Service<\/h3>\n<p>OffertBox is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for service-based businesses.<\/p>\n<p>The platform enables companies to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage leads and customer inquiries<\/li>\n<li>Create and send quotations<\/li>\n<li>Manage bookings and scheduling<\/li>\n<li>Manage employees and roles<\/li>\n<li>Communicate internally<\/li>\n<li>Track performance and statistics<\/li>\n<li>Automate workflows (email, SMS, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>OffertBox is intended only for businesses, not for private consumers.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Eligibility<\/h3>\n<p>To use the Service, you must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be at least 18 years old<\/li>\n<li>Represent a legally registered business<\/li>\n<li>Provide accurate and complete information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You are responsible for ensuring that all users within your organization comply with these Terms.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Account Registration and Access<\/h3>\n<p>Each company must create an account to access the Service.<\/p>\n<p>The company may create multiple user accounts, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Administrators<\/li>\n<li>Sales personnel<\/li>\n<li>Employees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Each user receives individual login credentials.<\/p>\n<p>You are responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintaining account security<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring authorized use<\/li>\n<li>Preventing unauthorized access<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>5. Subscription and Payment<\/h3>\n<h3>5.1 Pricing Model<\/h3>\n<p>OffertBox offers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monthly subscription plans<\/li>\n<li>A 14-day free trial<\/li>\n<li>A limited free plan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>5.2 Billing<\/h3>\n<p>Payments are processed via Stripe and are billed automatically on a monthly basis.<\/p>\n<h3>5.3 Cancellation<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>You may cancel at any time<\/li>\n<li>Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period<\/li>\n<li>No refunds are provided for unused time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>5.4 Suspension<\/h3>\n<p>OffertBox reserves the right to suspend access if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Payment is not received<\/li>\n<li>Fraud or misuse is suspected<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>6. Use of the Service<\/h3>\n<p>You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.<\/p>\n<p>You must not:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use the platform for illegal activities<\/li>\n<li>Upload harmful or malicious content<\/li>\n<li>Attempt to access unauthorized data<\/li>\n<li>Interfere with system security<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>7. Customer Data and Responsibility<\/h3>\n<h3>7.1 Ownership of Data<\/h3>\n<p>All data entered into the platform remains the property of the Customer.<\/p>\n<h3>7.2 Responsibility<\/h3>\n<p>The Customer is responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accuracy of data<\/li>\n<li>Legal basis for processing customer information<\/li>\n<li>Compliance with applicable laws (e.g., GDPR)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>7.3 Data Processing<\/h3>\n<p>OffertBox acts as a data processor when handling customer data on behalf of the Customer.<\/p>\n<h3>8. Platform Role and Limitation of Responsibility<\/h3>\n<p>OffertBox acts solely as a technical platform and intermediary tool.<\/p>\n<p>This means:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>OffertBox does not provide the services offered by companies<\/li>\n<li>OffertBox does not guarantee the quality of services performed<\/li>\n<li>All agreements are made directly between the Customer and their clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>OffertBox is not responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Service delivery failures<\/li>\n<li>Disputes between companies and their customers<\/li>\n<li>Financial or contractual disagreements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>9. Third-Party Services<\/h3>\n<p>The Service integrates with third-party providers, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Google Analytics<\/li>\n<li>Meta Pixel<\/li>\n<li>Firebase<\/li>\n<li>Mailgun<\/li>\n<li>Twilio<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies.<\/p>\n<h3>10. Intellectual Property<\/h3>\n<p>All rights to the OffertBox platform, including software, design, branding, and functionality,<br \/>\nare owned by Blixtgo Agency AB.<\/p>\n<p>You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.<\/p>\n<p>You may not:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Copy or reverse engineer the platform<\/li>\n<li>Resell or redistribute the Service without permission<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>11. Availability and Updates<\/h3>\n<p>We aim to provide continuous access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted<br \/>\navailability.<\/p>\n<p>We may:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Update features<\/li>\n<li>Modify functionality<\/li>\n<li>Perform maintenance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>12. Limitation of Liability<\/h3>\n<p>To the maximum extent permitted by law:<\/p>\n<p>OffertBox shall not be liable for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Indirect or consequential damages<\/li>\n<li>Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Service interruptions or technical issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer in the last 3 months.<\/p>\n<h3>13. Termination<\/h3>\n<p>We reserve the right to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Suspend or terminate accounts<\/li>\n<li>Restrict access<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In cases of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Breach of Terms<\/li>\n<li>Non-payment<\/li>\n<li>Security risks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>14. Data Protection<\/h3>\n<p>Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n<p>Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with data protection laws when using the<br \/>\nplatform.<\/p>\n<h3>15. Governing Law<\/h3>\n<p>These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.<\/p>\n<p>Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.<\/p>\n<h3>16.
