1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the OffertBox platform (“Service”),
provided by Blixtgo Agency AB (org. no. 559069-9038), located at Drottninggatan 6A, 212 11 Malmö,
Sweden (“OffertBox”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you (“Customer”, “Company”, or “User”) agree to be
bound by these Terms.
2. Description of the Service
OffertBox is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for service-based businesses.
The platform enables companies to:
- Manage leads and customer inquiries
- Create and send quotations
- Manage bookings and scheduling
- Manage employees and roles
- Communicate internally
- Track performance and statistics
- Automate workflows (email, SMS, etc.)
OffertBox is intended only for businesses, not for private consumers.
3. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Represent a legally registered business
- Provide accurate and complete information
You are responsible for ensuring that all users within your organization comply with these Terms.
4. Account Registration and Access
Each company must create an account to access the Service.
The company may create multiple user accounts, including:
- Administrators
- Sales personnel
- Employees
Each user receives individual login credentials.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining account security
- Ensuring authorized use
- Preventing unauthorized access
5. Subscription and Payment
5.1 Pricing Model
OffertBox offers:
- Monthly subscription plans
- A 14-day free trial
- A limited free plan
5.2 Billing
Payments are processed via Stripe and are billed automatically on a monthly basis.
5.3 Cancellation
- You may cancel at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for unused time
5.4 Suspension
OffertBox reserves the right to suspend access if:
- Payment is not received
- Fraud or misuse is suspected
6. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- Use the platform for illegal activities
- Upload harmful or malicious content
- Attempt to access unauthorized data
- Interfere with system security
7. Customer Data and Responsibility
7.1 Ownership of Data
All data entered into the platform remains the property of the Customer.
7.2 Responsibility
The Customer is responsible for:
- Accuracy of data
- Legal basis for processing customer information
- Compliance with applicable laws (e.g., GDPR)
7.3 Data Processing
OffertBox acts as a data processor when handling customer data on behalf of the Customer.
8. Platform Role and Limitation of Responsibility
OffertBox acts solely as a technical platform and intermediary tool.
This means:
- OffertBox does not provide the services offered by companies
- OffertBox does not guarantee the quality of services performed
- All agreements are made directly between the Customer and their clients
OffertBox is not responsible for:
- Service delivery failures
- Disputes between companies and their customers
- Financial or contractual disagreements
9. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party providers, including:
- Google Analytics
- Meta Pixel
- Firebase
- Mailgun
- Twilio
Use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
10. Intellectual Property
All rights to the OffertBox platform, including software, design, branding, and functionality,
are owned by Blixtgo Agency AB.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.
You may not:
- Copy or reverse engineer the platform
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
11. Availability and Updates
We aim to provide continuous access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted
availability.
We may:
- Update features
- Modify functionality
- Perform maintenance
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
OffertBox shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or technical issues
Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer in the last 3 months.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Restrict access
In cases of:
- Breach of Terms
- Non-payment
- Security risks
14. Data Protection
Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with data protection laws when using the
platform.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
